Add a few drops of tea tree oil to your daily shampoo and see the difference. Tea tree oil reduces the itchiness and produces oil on the scalp for moisturizing the hair strands.
  • Fenugreek pack : Fenugreek is anti-inflammatory and gives a cooling effect to the body. Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Drain the leftover water and mash the seeds into a paste. Use this paste as a hair mask. Rinse it off after 20 minutes and wash your hair with shampoo.
  • Aloe vera gel : Aloe vera is added to every other cosmetic, but it is mixed with chemicals. Use natural aloe vera gel as it is extremely beneficial for treating dandruff. You can use pure Aloe Vera gel from the plant or buy organic gel and apply it all over the scalp and massage it continuously for 2 minutes. Keep this mixture for not more than 5 minutes and rinse it off. Aloe Vera has a cooling effect, so you might catch a bad cold if you keep the gel on for more than the specified time.
  • Apple Cider Vinegar : Apple cider vinegar is a great product for consumption as well as for external use. It is a natural remedy that can prevent hair loss and reduce dandruff.
